Review- Revlon Lip Butters♡

Hello my lovelies! Today I thought I would do a little review on the gorgeous Revlon lip butters. I'm pretty obsessed with these as you can tell by the photo below! All of the Revlon lip butters are super moisturing and give beautiful colour to your lips.♡

Here is an overview of all of my Revlon lip butters! I will go through each one individually but I will first go through all the shades:
Left to Right:
♡ Strawberry Shortcake
♡ Sweet Tart
♡ Berry Smoothie
♡ Juicy Papaya
♡ Macaroon
♡ Berry Smoothie
♡ Sorbet
♡ Peach Parfait

The first one I have is 'Strawberry Shortcake' this is a perfect pink colour and is a lovely colour for the Spring/Summer time. I think this colour is wearable all year round and goes with both pale and tan skin.
The next one is 'Sweet Tart'. This is probably my favourite pink out of them all as it's a gorgeous raspberry pink. If I don't know what to wear on my lips one day this colour is the one I tend to grab for the most.♡
I've got two of 'Berry Smoothie' as this is such a beautiful colour. I used to be obsessed with this colour especially in the winter but I have recently gone for my  red lips in the Winter. This lip butter has a tiny bit of shimmer to it so it gives a lovely  sheen to your lips.
I bought 'Juicy Papaya' in the Summer time and I literally wore this colour non stop! It's a pretty peachy/orange colour but not too orange! This colour goes gorgeous with a tan as well. ♡
The next colour is 'Macaroon' which I regret buying. I don't think I suit this colour personally! I think this colour is more to the brown side which I don't like! But if you are looking for a browny/red colour this is perfect for you! ♡

This is another colour I got in the Summer and it's 'Sorbet'. This is a lovely hot pink and will also go with a tan in Summer. I highly reccomend this colour to all as it will go with either pale or tan skin.♡

Lastly I have 'Peach Parfait' which is my second favourite after 'Sweet Tart'. It is a lovely pinky/peachy colour with little shimmers of gold through it. This lip butter will go perfectly with a natural makeup look as it's more sheer than the other lip butters.
All Revlon Lip butters are £7.99 each♡

I hope you have enjoyed this little review on the Revlon lip butters! Sorry it was only quick as I am spending Mothers Day at my Grandmas!
Will possibly have my Room Tour(in pictures) up next so keep your eyes out for that♡

Beauty/Clothes Haul♡

Hello my lovelies! I decided to do a blogpost on what I purchased when I went shopping at the weekend. I wouldn't buy as much things on one shopping trip but I have my birthday money to spend and I have a school trip coming up!
Let's get started♡

I posted this picture on Instagram but here is just an overview of some of things I got on the weekend. It's not all of them as the others didn't fit in the photo!

Whenever I go shopping I always have to pop in to Boots! I never come out of Boots with only one thing.....

This is a little boring but I bought a couple of travel miniatures as I am going on a school trip in 2 weeks to Paris! There is always a 3 for 2 offer on these little miniatures so they managed to slip in my basket.
Starting from the left:
♡ Mini Nivea Pearl & beauty deodorant. Always handy on the go and just whenever!
♡ Aussie Miracle Moist shampoo and the 3 Minute miracle deep conditioner. Perfect size for your travel wash bag!

I accidentally bought another deodorant by mistake! But this one I will just keep at home as I won't be taking this away with me. Then I bought the Loréal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Miceallar Solution what a mouth full! I wanted to try this out as I've heard a lot of good reviews about this and I needed a new one as my Bioderma is running low:(
Loréal Purifying Miceallar Solution=£3.52
Dove Original deodorant=£1.45

Then the last two things I got were makeup items! When I was watching one of Tanya's Spring makeup tutorials she was wearing this gorgeous foundation so I decided to give it a go! It is the Revlon Nearly Naked foundation and is £8.99. I tried it out the other day and it's the perfect foundation for people who don't like a lot of coverage. As I was scanning my items, next to the till I saw this Benefit kit which was only £9.95! I am pretty obsessed with Benefit and they have so many gorgeous products! It comes with a mini Porefessional primer which is the best primer in the world♡ Posie tint which is a cheek and lip tint which I have never tried and the Bad Gal lash mascara which I can't wait to try out.

As I was walking past House of Fraser I was dragged towards the M.A.C stand... I am possibly the worlds biggest lipstick addict! I was going to the M.A.C stand for the Studio Fix Concealer but came out with this beautiful lipstick in Love Lorn♡ This is a gorgeous nude/pink colour and is perfect for Spring especially.
M.A.C lipsticks=£15.00 each

I've got to admit I never shop in Primark at all! But I was with a friend so I went in with her. As I was looking around with her I came across these two gorgeous items. My friend Alfreya actually was wearing the bag that day and I thought it was the prettiest bag especially from Primark! The bag was only £8.00! Like what? Then we both got this cute skirt which I think is so pretty especially for Spring and Summer. This skirt is perfect for day and night time. The skirt was £10♡

Zara is one of my favourite clothes shops so I obviously needed to go in! As I walked around Zara I picked up 3 items including this top to try on. The other two items were too big and didn't have any other sizes left but this pretty top fit perfectly! I will definately wear this top a lot as I will wear it with jeans for a more casual look or maybe tucked in to a skirt for more of a dressed up look.
This shirt/top was £19.99♡

As I don't shop in River Island a lot I had a little look in. All I came out with is this adorable flower necklace. It was pretty busy in there so I didn't have a chance to look at the clothes. But this necklace was only £3 Bargain!

Obviously I have to look in LUSH! As they have the Spring bath bombs in stock I picked up three of them♡
Left to right:
♡ Pop in the Bath
♡ Fluffy Egg
♡ Secret Garden
I literally cannot wait to try these bath bombs out as they all smell heavenly!

I didn't just get Bath Bombs this time but I went over to all the shower smellys! The first thing I purchased was the Rub Rub Rub shower scrub and oh my goodness this stuff is UNREAL. The lady tried it out on my hand and it literally made my hand like a baby's bum! This scrub was £8.50 which I think is quite a reasonably price as there is a lot in. Then I wanted to try out another one of their shower gels so I went for something a bit different. I love love love Olives and the smell on your body would be amazing! This also has fresh Mandarin in and them two combined together smell unreal. I only got a small one which is £4.50.

And that is everything I purchased! I hope you have enjoyed reading this blogpost as always♡  Please leave a comment or Instagram me @annacamillax if you have any ideas on what I should do for my next blog post!

First Impression - YSL Touche Èclat foundation♡

Hello lovelies! Welcome back♡ Today I thought I would talk over one of my newest foundations which is the YSL Touche Èclat. I recieved this foundation for my birthday and I couldn't wait to try it so I thought I would share my first impression of this foundation with you.

The packaging of this foundation is so lovely and very luxurious! While I was watching one of Tanya Burr's makeup tutorials she used this foundation and it made her skin look flawless♡
When I first applied this foundation I thought oh uh I got the wrong shade but the key is to blend blend blend and it will eventually make your skin look gorgeous.

I got the shade B40 and it literally matches my skin perfectly. When I was in Sephora the lady went to find the foundation and I couldn't believe how many shades there were too choose from. Forgot to mention this foundation smells....UNREAL! Sounds weird but it smells real good!

Usually I apply foundations with the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush or the Buffing Brush but I find that if you dampen a beauty blender or sponge lightly you get great results. The key is to only dampen it lightly as you don't want your foundation to look watery! I'm not the biggest fan of applying my foundation with a sponge or beauty blender but the YSL Touche Èclat foundation applies flawlessly with a sponge.♡

I hope you have enjoyed reading this little review/first impression blog post. If you would like me to do any more blog posts like this on maybe a blush or a concealer just Instagram me - @annacamillax or give me a buzz on kik - anna.camillax♡

What's in my bag?♡

Hello lovelies! Welcome back to my blog♡ As I recieved the most gorgeous bag for my birthday I thought it would be appropriate to do a "What's in my bag" blog post. I always love to watch whats in my bag videos on youtube because I'm so nosy! I packed my bag a couple of days ago because I am going away for the weekend so it might seem a lot! I always tend to carry small bags but I've fallen in love with this one....♡

Look how beautiful! This bag is from Zara and is called The City Bag. This is £60.00 which I think is quite a reasonably price for Zara bags as some of them can be very expensive!
Here is a little overview on how the bag is sectioned. It has two big pockets on the sides which are cushioned so you can carry iPads and laptops, a middle section ,card holders and other small pouches.
Let's dig in.....

In the first pocket on the side I keep something to read. I usually like to throw one of my beauty books in but I'm reading the April edition of Company at the moment. Look Zoe's on the front!!♡

On the other side I keep my iPad. As I said in the introduction I am going out at the weekend so my iPad isn't always in here, but if I want to watch Lovefilm I know where to go! I don't like to put my iPad in my case when I'm about as it's too bulky but it does have cushioning which prevents it from breaking.

Now the inside...
It does have a card holder which I do find very handy as my purse is always bulging! I keep my two Starbucks cards obviously! At the weekend my friends and I found a photo booth so of course we took some shots.

Next to the cards there is a phone pouch which I obviously don't keep my phone in!  For my birthday I recieved Jo Malone's Earl Grey and Cucumber Cologne and oh my goodness it's just heavenly. Earl Grey and Cucumber might sound an odd combination but it just smells unreal! Highly reccomend to go check it out.♡

The last section on that side is a small pouch which I keep some cute hand sanitizers. I'm the biggest germaphobe and I hate being ill so it's crucial I carry a hand sanitizer with me. I have two Bath and Body Works hand gels ones in Kettle Corn Pop which is the exact smell of popcorn! And Paris Amour which is a floral, girly scent.

How cute is my purse? This is just a clasp purse from Cath Kidston which I  picked up in the sale for £8.00. Nothing too exciting but I keep my Debit card, a few notes and lots of loose change. As you can see the notes are even bulging over the top!

Moving on to the middle section of my bag where I keep most of the beauty related things. I mostly tend to put my hair up throughout the day so a clip comes in handy! And my compact Tangle Teezer as my hair likes to go wild throughout the day. You can find them  from Boots if you were wondering!

I always have a cute makeup bag with a couple of essentials in it. The first thing I like to carry around with me is a concealer. The last time I was in Boots I  picked up the Maybelline Fit Me concealer and I'm very impressed with it so far. It gives lovely coverage but doesn't make you look cakey which I find is crucial in a concealer. I then have a Bare Minerals Max coverage Concealer brush to blend it in with. A lot of people carry powder with them but because I don't have oily skin it's not too important. I've been noticing that my blush doesn't stay on for very long so I threw in my Rockateur blush and the Multi task brush by Real Techniques. I don't think you need 4 lip options with you but whatever..
Left to Right:
♡ Chanel Glossimer lip gloss in 131
♡ Maybelline Baby lips in Mint Fresh ( I like to swap all of the baby lips lids around!)
♡ YSL Rouge Voluptè lipstick in Jealous Coral
♡ Revlon lip Butter in Macaroon

I'm pretty much always making lists so a notepad is always with me. I like to jot down blog post ideas in here as well if I think of some ideas throughout the day.

I wasn't expecting so much gum and sweets! I always like to bring some sort of snack with me if I start to feel peckish.
Right to Left:
♡ Tic Tacs
♡ Extra gum in Cool breeze
♡ Extra White in Bubblemint
♡ Picked up a Benefit lolly from a counter!
♡ Air heads in Watermelon and Pink Lemonade yummy!

Last but not least I have my phone of course! I have an iphone 5 and literally it's my baby! I'm non stop on Instagram and Snapchat and it's becoming a bad addiction. I also forgot to say that I keep some headphones in my bag for my music! Music always cheers me up if I'm having a bad day or feeling down.

I hope you have enjoyed my "What's in my Bag" post and if you have any more ideas don't be afraid to dm me on Instagram - @annacamillax

February Favourites♡

Hello lovelies long time no speak! Today as it is the 1st of March I would go over my Febraury favourites with you. I'll be covering Beauty,Fashion,Food and Random things with you today. Hope you enjoy♡

Starting off with my favourite thing....Makeup♡ I have had a big thing with golden eyes and baby pink lips this month.
I have non stop been using my Naked 2 palette this month as it has some beautiful golden shades. The two colours I have been using the most this month has been Half Baked (2nd shade) and Chopper (4th Shade) them two colours have just given me a gorgeous sweep of colour over my eyes. If I was just heading out to the shops I would use the Maybelline colour tattoo in Eternal gold. I'm pretty obsessed with these at the moment as they give a kick of colour to your eyes!
And lastly I have a mascara which is a pretty rare thing for me to have in my favourites! But it is the M.A.C Studiofix bold black lash mascara. This mascara makes your lashes look unbelievably long and bold which I love in a mascara!
As I said I have had a thing for baby pink/pink lips this month. No idea why to be honest! If a wanted a more sheer pinky colour I went for one of the Revlon lip butters this one is in Peach Parfait and it's gorgeous! Then on to one of my YSL lipsticks in Rouge Voluptè 19 this is a beautiful barbie pink colour and applies lovely and creamy. Lastly my favourite M.A.C lipstick in Chatterbox. Oh my goodness this is gorgeous! This is possibly one of the most perfect pinks in the world.

Now on to...Fashion Favs♡
This picture is from a while ago but I have non stop been wearing my Micheal Kors watch this month. It literally goes with any outfit and completes any look perfectly!

Another fashion favourite of mine has been Baggy/cosy jumpers. I am a big jumper lover but recently I've been wearing them all the time! I recently have been buying more bright colourful jumpers as it is coming in to spring. The jumpers are from:
Starting from the top
♡ Zara
♡ Zara
♡ Johnnie B
♡ Jack Wills
♡ Topshop

FOODDD!!!

Ok ok ok if you didn't already know I am possibly the biggest chocolate orange lover. I've never really thought to go back to chocolate oranges as I mostly have them at Christmas, but my mum brought me one the other day and I've been non stop eating them....oops.

This photo is off Instagram as I didn't have a lot of strawberries left but.... I have seriously got an addiction to strawberries and melted chocolate! I have no idea why I've been eating them so much this month? I highly reccomend to melt some chocolate and dip in Strawberries ok....

Lastly on to RANDOM favs♡

I feel like I've been having a fruity obsession this month? But if you haven't smelt the Pink Grapefruit Body butter by the body shop.... You need to. It smells absolutely heavenly and when you apply this all over your body you will smell unreal!

Haven't had a lot of random favourites this month but the last thing is a candle. I'm a candle queen and can't stop buying them... This is Yankee Candle in Clean Cotton and it's one of the freshest candles you will have find. I've been burning this all the time throughout Febraury.

And that is the end of my Febraury favourites! I hope you have enjoyed this blogpost and if you would like to see more monthly favourites message me at kik- @anna.camillax
