Review on the Vitalumière Aqua foundation by Chanel

Hello again lovelies! Sorry I haven't posted in a while but if you didn't already know I am in Portugal so it is kind of hard to post.

But today I decided I would do a review of the Vitalumière Aqua foundation by Chanel I got a lot of comments on Instagram to do this so here it is!

I got this not too long ago at Sephora and I am literally obsessed already! I was torn between YSL radiant touch foundation and this one but I thought this one gave more coverage and also was a bit cheaper than the YSL one. This foundation comes in a lot of shades to choose from I wear the shade beige. This gives a lovely coverage not too sheer but not too heavy. This is priced around £28.00 which I don't think is too bad! I got mine 25% off in Portugal so get it quickly as the sales are on.

Winter skin care routine❄️

Hello lovelies! Welcome back to my blog. I asked on Instagram what blog post you want to see next and I got a lot of comments saying winter skin care routine so that's what I am going to do for you today!

As the colder months get colder my skin care routine gets adjusted a tiny bit. Here are all of the products that I use throughout the winter time.

After a long tiring day I remove my makeup with Bioderma and a cotton pad. Every morning and evening throughout winter I tend to use the same skin care products. I then move on to cleansing I use the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish hot cloth cleanser. I firstly massage the cleanser gently onto dry skin. Secondly I rinse the pure muslin cloth into some warm water,wring out and polish the cleanser off my face. I then finish by splashing my face with warm water.

After cleansing I take the Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic on a cotton pad and gently sweep over my face and neck. Then I apply the Origins Ginzing Energy-boosting moisturizer which instantly makes your face feel hydrated and soft.

I always tend to put on the Liz Earle Soothing Eye Lotion after I apply the origins moisturizer which helps to remove any excess makeup and refreshes the eye area.

If I feel like I want a pamper session I will pop on a face mask. Either I use Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask or the Liz Earle Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask they are both very hydrating and always make my skin feel smoother and rehydrated.

As I said I use most of these products morning and evening depending on how my skin is.

Christmas Q&A🎄✨

Hello lovelies! And welcome back to my blog. I thought I would do another Christmas themed blogpost for you today. I am literally so excited for Christmas it's unreal. 

I asked a lot of you on Instagram and I got some amazing questions! I picked out some of my favourite questions that I got asked:

Q: What is your favourite Christmas candle scent?

A: My favourite candle scent for Christmas would have to be Yankee Candle Fireside Treats! It smells of sweeties and marshmallows yum!

Q: What is your favourite thing about Christmas?

A: My favourite thing would be hanging up all the decorations and making the house and my room of course look all cosy and Christmassy! I'm obsessed with getting my room all tidy and cosy.

A: Hmm this was a hard one because there is so many places I love! But it would have to be Harrogate! They have so many lovely shops there e.g Lush,Jack Wills,Boots,Topshop,Space NK😍 etc.

A: If you follow me on Instagram it is kind of obvious to you! But it would be the Naked 2 palette by Urban Decay. This is literally my life saviour I couldn't live without it! All of the colours in the palette are gorgeous and I am so excited for Christmas because I have asked for the Naked 3 which looks amazing!

Q: If you could only use one high end makeup brand for the rest of your life what would it be?

A: Another hard one! I am torn between Yves Saint Laurent and M.A.C! But I would have to pick M.A.C. I own lipsticks,concealer and a blush and they are all gorgeous! I highly reccomend to go and check the M.A.C website out.

Q: Who is your favourite Youtuber?

A: I'm sorry but I can't just choose one favourite Youtuber! My two favourites are Zoella and Tanya burr. I have been watching them for absolutely ages and I have watched every single video! (No joke) I especially love Tanya's Get ready with me videos and her makeup tutorials they are amazing! On Zoella's channel I especially love her pamper routine and all of her lovely room inspired videos!

A: Christmas Dinner all the way! Also I love eating Chocolate Oranges! I always get about 3 chocolate oranges in my stocking because I love them so much.

A: Every year we alternate who's bedroom we open our stocking presents in! And this year it's mine. So everyone comes through to my bedroom and opens their stocking presents in there.

Q: Favourite Christmas outfit?

A: This one was kind of hard to answer because I end up buying a new Christmas outfit every year! But my Christmas outfit that I am wearing this year is a red velvety skirt from Topshop a cream top with a pearl Peter Pan collar also from Topshop, tights and my boots which are from Zara. I would also add a  necklace some rings and bracelets to this outfit. I made my outfit quite casual this year as I will be in Portugal.

My top 5 winter lipsticks✨

Hello again! And welcome back to my blog. I asked on Instagram what you would like my next blog post to be and a lot of people said hair care routine or my favourite winter lipsticks. I thought it was the appropriate time of year to do a winter lipstick blogpost. So here it is!       

1. Laura Mercier Crème smooth lip colour in the shade Plumberry.

This lipstick is the most perfect winter colour you will find! The colour is an amazing deep red wine colour and is very pigmented on the lips. The price is around £25.00 which I know is very expensive for a lipstick, but if you are looking for a high end winter lipstick this one is for you!

2. M.A.C (matte) lipstick in the shade Please Me.

I am obsessed with this colour for winter because it is a perfect everyday nude colour. This lipstick can be kind of drying but if you apply a Lipbalm or a lipgloss over the top it makes it lovely and glossy. M.A.C lipsticks are £15.00 each which I think is a suitable price.

3. M.A.C (lustre) lipstick in the shade Lustering.

I bought this colour not too long ago and I am already addicted to it! This colour is a barbie pink colour but more towards the dark side. I think this colour is gorgeous on its own or to mix it with a more darker red wine colour. Again this is £15.00

4. Topshop lipstick in the shade Beguiled.

Omg this is one of the best things I've bought in Topshop! A lot of people on Instagram rave about these gorgeous topshop lipsticks so I decided to get myself a lovely winter lipstick when I was in there. It is the most perfect ruby red colour with a tiny shimmer to it. Also these lipsticks are only £8.00 which is a bargain!

5. Revlon Lip butter in the shade Berry Smoothie.

Oh how much I love Revlon lip butters! I own 4 Revlon lip butters and this one is by far my favourite. It is a lovely shimmery Berry colour hence the shade name! I like  that it is a little bit sheer which gives a more natural look to your lips. I literally haven't stopped wearing this throughout December and I highly reccomend it! Also they are only £7.99 from Boots.

Review on the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette💖

I am literally obsessed with the Naked 2 palette! I wear half baked which is a golden champagne colour as a base and tease which is a matte taupey brown colour for the crease everyday. I highly highly recommend this palette to everyone especially people who go for the more neutral smokey colours. This palette is around the £37.00 mark. I bought the Naked 2 palette on the plane when I was on my way to Portugal but I know you can find this palette in department stores e.g Debenhams and House of Fraser. I am so excited for Christmas because I have asked for the Naked 3 palette which is absolutely perfect!💞Here is a picture of me wearing Chopper which is a golden coppery colour as a base and YDK which is a shimmery taupey colour. I am so in love with palette🙊💞
