Autumn Makeup Tutorial

Hello everyone!
Long time no speak! Sorry I haven't posted in such a long time I have been super duper busy. As it's Autumn now I thought I would show you my Autumnal makeup look that I have been wearing non stop. Hope you enjoy!

I firstly start off with the base makeup and I've been loving the Smashbox Sheer Focus Tinted Moisturizer as I don't feel my skin needs too much coverage at the moment, but if you feel like you need more coverage use a foundation. I like to blend that out with a beauty blender as I feel it gives a more flawless finish. I then obviously use a little concealer under the eyes and on any blemishes and I set that in place with my Stay Matte Powder by Rimmel.

Next step is bronzer and my favourite at the moment is the MAC Mineralize SkinFinish Natural in Medium Dark. I use the Real Techniques Powder Brush to dust this on my temples and in the hollows of my cheeks.

Always important to fill in the brows! I don't use pencils or anything like that to feel my brows in as my eyebrows are already thick as ever so I just like to use some sort of gel to set them in place but also to give the slightest bit of colour. This one by Maybelline is absoutely amazing and really affordable.

Next on to eyes and I firstly like to tight line my eyes using the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on eye pencil in Wasteland. I feel that this pencil is perfect for this makeup look as it really defines your eyes.

Next I'm going to be using this Revlon Colourstay quad in Brazen as these colours scream out Autumn. I'm only going to use the one eyeshadow out of this palette and it's this really natural peachy brown shade. I'm just going to use that all over my lid with a fluffy brush.

I'm then going to use my beloved Naked palette. I'm going to take Buck which is a matte brown colour in the crease of my eye and blend that out. I'm also going to take Buck on a liner brush and take that subtly on my lower lash line to create that smokey eye.

I recently picked up this new Maybelline Great Lash Mascara and I'm honestly in love with it. It makes your eyelashes unbelievably long but without making them look clumpy.

As it's Autumn now I thought I would take something a bit darker and the blush I've been obsessed with is this Stila Convertible Blush in Rose. This blush goes amazingly well with this makeup look but it doesn't clash at all with the eye makeup.

You can't do an Autumnal Makeup look without a dark lip so I firstly take MAC's Media lipstick and I just lightly dab that on my lips to create a natural plum colour. After that I take the Revlon Lip butter in Berry Smoothie over the top to make it a little bit more natural.

And that is the finished makeup look! If you didn't want a smokey eye I would definately use a liquid liner instead.

I hope you have enjoyed this blogpost and I hope I've given you some tips and ideas on this makeup look.
I'm thinking about doing blogposts every Sunday now so comment down below what you want to see or direct message me on Instagram @anna.camilla

Collective Haul♡

Hello lovelies!
It's been such a long time since I've posted on my blog so I thought I would do something that has been highly requested. I've posted a couple of photos on Instagram of all the things I've been getting when I've gone shopping so I thought that I would show you everything I've got over the past couple of weeks.
Enjoy!

One of my recent photos on Instagram was of all the things that I purchased at Urban Outfitters so I won't go too much in to detail.
As I walked into Urban Outfitters in York I realised that there was a massive stand of EOS products so I had to take a look. I picked up one of the very so raved about EOS lipbalms in Sweet Mint. In my opinion these lipbalms are totally worth the money as it has made my lips unbelievably soft! I also picked up a lightweight knit jumper which was on the reduced pile in there. Lastly I got this gorgeous necklace which has a beautiful gemstone on it.
~ EOS Lipbalm = £5.00
~ Necklace = £10.00
~ Jumper = not too sure on the price sorry!

I went to Jack Wills when I was in Harrogate and I purchased some lovely clothes. I got two tops and I also got a hoodie which can't be shown as it's in the wash.... I picked up a dark pink slouchy tshirt and a gorgeous white top with floral detailing.
~ Dark Pink Tshirt = £14
~ White Floral Top = £24

While I was in Harrogate I popped into H&M which is one of my favourite clothes shops at the moment. I only came out with one thing as it was very busy! I got this basic striped skirt which was only £3.99 bargain! This would look gorgeous dressed up and down as well.

Whenever I'm in Harrogate I always like to have a look in Space NK as they have some really luxurious makeup in there. I thought that I would treat myself.... I was over in the Nars part and these Shadow pencils caught my eye. I thought as summers coming to an end I might go for something a bit more darker. This is in the shade Dark Rite and it's a beautiful Navy Blue with a Sliver sheen running through it.
~ Nars Eye Shadow Pencil = £18.50

I was in ikea not too long ago as I was getting a new bed and wardrobe for my room and I always love to look at all the cute things you find on the way round. This is actually a plant pot but I thought why not use it for something beauty related? So I'm going to store all my skincare products in this. Comment below if you want to see whats in my skincare pot?
~ Large ikea plant pot = £4.99

Now I'm going to go through everything beauty, skin, hair and body related products.
Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo and Take The Heat conditioner(£4.19 each) - I've been using Aussie Haircare products for the longest time and they leave my hair feeling soft and silky.

Garnier Pure Active Exfobrusher Spotfighter face wash(£4.65) - My friend Alfreya actually recommended this to me as it really helps with blackheads and spots. I've been using this daily and I'm in love with it. If your wanting an affordable face wash this ones for you!

Jergens Natural Glow Moisturiser(£6.00)- I ordered this on Amazon actually as they don't sell the tinted one in Boots. I haven't tried this out yet but it basically enhances your tan and gives a slight tint to your skin.

MAKEUPP! My favourite thing!

I ordered a couple of beauty products a few weeks ago on the boots website and one of the things that I got was a Stila Convertible blush in Rose. This blush is stunning and is highly pigmented. It is a cream blush so you've kind of got to be careful with how much you put on but overall this blush is gorgeous.
~ £18.00

Quite boring but I picked up a white nail polish from Barry M. I've been seeing so many people wearing white nail polish recently and I think it looks gorgeous. Goes perfectly with a tan as well!
~ £2.99

The Revlon Colourstay Moisture Stains kind of excited me when I was in Superdrug last week. I've seen Amelialiana talking about these and they looked so creamy and gorgeous! I got the shade LA Exclusive which is a lovely dark pink colour.
~ £5.99

I totally blame Gabby and Zoe for this purchase as I see them using this gloss stick all the time! This is the Sexy Mother Pucker(awkward name) Gloss Stick in Nudist. I am using this 24/7 no joke... This gives a lovely nude colour to your lips and is super moisturising at the same time.
~ £9.99

Last but not least I got myself three of the New Maybelline Electro Baby Lips. I got the shades Strike a Rose which smells of skittles snd gives a gorgeous rosy tint to your lips, Oh Orange which is obviously an orange colour! And Pink Shock which is a vibrant dark pink. I'm very impressed with these and I'm wearing them a lot!
~ £2.99 each

That's it! I hope you have enjoyed this blogpost and if you have anything to ask me just direct message me on Instagram @anna.camilla and I will always reply.

Summer Beauty Essentials♡

Hello everybody! Today I am going to go through my Summer beauty essentials with you as I've had a lot of requests! I'm going to be covering Makeup,Hair and body products with you today. Hope you enjoy♡

I'm firstly going to talk through some of my favourite makeup items for the Summer. I think the Naked 3 palette by Urban Decay is the most perfect eye shadow palette for Summer as it has some gorgeous light shades. I would highly reccomend this to everyone as it ranges from light to dark shades. This is a little pricey but it's honestly worth it in the end.
Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette= £37.00

I've picked out my two favourite nail plosives for the Summer which are two Essie Nail polishes in Mint Candy apple(right) and Cute as a button(left). I think that mint candy apple is the most gorgeous pastel colour perfect for Summer!! I then picked out Cute as a button as Coral is my favourite colour in the summer. Coral colours scream out summer and look gorgeous with a tan as well.
Essie nail polishes= £7.99 each

BB creams are my best friend in the summer as they give light coverage and moisture your skin at the same time. I have absoutely been loving the All in one BB cream by the Body Shop recently. This BB cream is amazing as it adapts to your skin tone! It comes out as a white cream and as you blend it in to your face it dispappears and makes your skin look so healthy and glowing. I would say this gives light to medium coverage as you can build it up.
The Body Shop BB cream=£12.00

One of my all time favourite blushes for the summer is Benefits Coralista. Hence the name it is a coral blush with a slight peachy tone to it. I'm always so impressed with the Benefit Blushes as they are all so pigmented especially Coralista. On the right I have my favourite bronzer at the moment which is the Bourjois Bronzing powder. I love how it gives a gorgeous sun kissed look to your face without making it look orange and cakey.
Coralista Blusher by Benefit=£24.00
Bourjois Bronzing Powder=£9.99

I couldn't finish off the makeup section without saying something about lipsticks!!
I've been loving these two lip combos at the moment which is the YSL Rouge Voluptè lipstick in Jealous Coral which is obviously a gorgeous pinky coral colour and the Revlon Super Lustrious lipgloss in Kiss me Coral. These two lip products compliment each other so nicely as well.
YSL Rouge Voluptè Lipstick=£30.00
Revlon Super Lustrious Lipgloss=£7.99

Now I'm going to go on to body products that I love in the Summer. The Body Shop body butters are my favourite body butters in the world as they have some gorgeous scents and they moisture your body nicely without making your skin sticky. I especially love the Coconut body butter in the summer♡ If your wanting a tan maximiser to enhance and prolong your tan I would reccomend the Lancaster Tan Maximiser as it really does enhance your tan without making you look orange.

Now on to hair! One of my favourite things for my hair in the Summer is a Sea Salt spray as it creates beachy texturised waves. I absoutely love the Toni&Guy Casual Sea Salt spray as it doesn't make your hair crunchy at all! I will definately be bringing this to the beach when I'm on holiday!

Lastly I have a shampoo and conditioner which I'm obsessed with at the moment. The John Frieda Sheer Blonde shampoo and conditioner is amazing as it really enhances your natural blonde streaks which I have from the sun.

Hope you have enjoyed this quick blogpost on my Summer Beauty Essentials. If you have any ideas on what I should next just message me on Instagram - anna.camilla

Skincare Routine♡

Hello everyone! So sorry that I haven't been posting regularly I've been busy every weekend which meant that I had no time to do a blogpost. Finally I have a free weekend to do some blogposts for you. I thought it was time for me to do an updated skincare routine. Let's get started!♡

First of all I start off with a cleanser/makeup remover. My number one cleanser is Bioderma Sensibio H2O. I can't say anything bad about this product! It really helps soothe my skin on a night time and hydrate my skin on a morning. I sweep this all over my face with an exfoliating cotton pad.

I alternate face washes all the time but the one I've been using non stop recently is the Origins Frothy Face wash. This face wash is life changing!! Firstly you apply a small amount to the palm of your hand and add some warm water to lather. Then apply it to your skin and it will become frothy/milky. I've seen some great difference in my skin recently when I've used this face wash so I would highly reccomend this to everyone.

I don't use face masks everyday but I would use this if my skin was feeling dry or if I just wanted to just pamper my skin.
This is the Body Shops Seaweed Ionic clay mask. This is honestly the best facial mask I've ever tried as it really purifies and cleanses my skin. I was a bit worried at first as my skin is very sensitive but it didn't irritate my skin at all.

This was actually in my last skincare routine but I literally can't get enough of it. I won't ramble to much about this moisturiser as I did mention it in my last skincare blogpost. I've been using the Origins Ginzing moisturiser for the longest time now as it helps with the discolouration on my face. The smell of this moisturiser is absoutely gorgeous so that also made me buy it.♡

Next I like to apply an eye lotion as I feel it helps brighten my eye area. I've been using the Liz Earle Soothing Eye Lotion for a long time now and it helps so much. It contains some natural brightening ingredients such as organic Aloe Vera, Cornflower and Witch Hazel. I apply the lotion to 2 cotton pads and apply them both on my eyelids and let them soak for around 5-10 minutes. Usually on a regular basis I just wipe the lotion around my eyes and I'm good to go.

I don't use this Clinique anti-blemish solution on a regular basis as it was very expensive. This product is absoutely AMAZING. It clears blemishes so fast and it's quite unbelievable! After washing your face, moisturing etc you just apply this with your fingers to any blemishes or spots and the next day they'll be gone trust me!♡

I only apply the Neal's Yard White Tea facial mist on a night time as it helps soothe my skin throughout the night. If I apply this mist on a morning it makes my skin very oily throughout the day so I don't reccomend doing that. Overall this product is really lovely.

Finally I apply a lipbalm my favourite at the moment is Maybelline's Baby Lips in Mango Pie. The smell of this Lipbalm is heavenly! These lipbalms are super moisturing and smell gorgeous.♡

I hope you've enjoyed this blogpost on my skincare routine. Remember if you have any ideas on future blogposts just direct message me on Instagram @anna.camilla

Makeup Collection & Storage♡

Hello lovelies long time no speak! Sorry I haven't been posting in a while I have been on holiday and I've had so much things on lately! I have quite an exciting blogpost today as it's my Makeup Collection! Sorry if this is going to be long but I have so much things to go over. Enjoy!♡

Here is an overview of my vanity and how I organise everything. On the floor down there I just keep all my makeup boxes because I'm such a hoarder...

I will firstly start off by going though the left hand side of my vanity. I have my Naked palettes just on the top of my dressing table as I have no other space to put them.

Just next to my storage container I keep my magnified mirror which I like to use for close ups and I have one of my favourite makeup bags.

Ok so the lipstick containers are from Amazon and you can find these by just typing in Acrylic Lipstick containers. In the front I obviously have 5 YSL lipsticks and then a couple Laura Mercier,Chanel and Bobbi Brown in the back. Right in the very back I keep a Sephora highlighter, Revlon Photoready BB cream, Bourjois healthy mix serum and the YSL Touche Èclat foundation. At the side I keep two of the Revlon Super Lustrious lipglosses which I adore and one Chanel lipgloss.

The makeup drawers are from Muji and I have 2 two drawers on each side of my dressing table. In the first draw I keep a mixture of things. A couple of Laura Geller products, two mini Porefessionals, Nyx Blush in Rose Garden and the Rimmel Stay Matte powder underneath that.

In the next drawer I keep mainly eyeshadows except from the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation. I have five of the Maybelline Colour Tattoos which I'm in love with! On the right side I keep two of the YSL water-resistant eyeshadows which are so lovely and creamy.

Next drawer down I keep some blushes and one highlighter which is the Benefit Watt's Up highlighter. I have three Benefit Boxed blushes Coralista,Rockateur and Dallas which are all beautiful. Then I have the YSL blush in the shade 6 which is one of my recent purchases.

In the last drawer I keep a bunch of concealers! Revlon Colourstay,Collection,Rimmel Wake Me Up,Maybelline Eraser Eye etc... At the back I keep the Hello Flawless powder and the Bourjois Bronzing powder.

In the middle of my dressing table I keep two Ikea Plant pots which I store some of my skincare things in and my brushes.
In here obviously I keep some of my skincare products. I have some of the Yes to Grapefruit Wipes, my favourite cleanser Bioderma, Soap&Glory hand food, Urban Decay setting spray etc.

In the middle of both the plant pots I keep my favourite perfumes. I've got to admit I do have a lot of perfumes and I use every single one of them! If you would like to see a perfume collection just comment below.

And on the other side I keep my brushes. I mostly have Real Techniques but I do have a couple Bare Minerals, Laura Geller, Urban Decay and Benefit.

Now I'm going to move on to the right side of my dressing table and go through everything in my drawers. On the top of the storage I keep another one of the makeup containers which contain all of my M•A•C lipsticks and a couple of the Stila Lip glazes. I also have a couple of brow bits in one of the compartments.

In the first drawer I keep mostly lipglosses but I do have the Revlon Matte Balm and the Bourjois Colour Boost chubby stick too.

Next drawer down I keep all of my Revlon lip butters which as you can see I love very much! At the end I also keep my only Topshop lipstick which is my favourite winter lipstick in Beguiled. At the back of the drawer I keep three of the Revlon Colourstay Lipsticks which again I'm obsessed with.

More blushes!! I have three M•A•C blushes Gentle,Rosy Outlook and Peachykeen. At the front I keep my only Nars blush in Deep Throat which is honestly the most perfect pink. I also keep the cutest little Benefit mini's which are from the Sugarlicious kit and the She's so Jetset kit.

In the last drawer I keep some more foundations + a primer. Obsessed with the Hello Flawless foundation at the moment as it gives the most gorgeous finish and coverage.

In the drawers I keep more makeup! But this would literally take me forever to go through so I will just let you look at the picture. In the left hand drawer I keep all of my Mascaras and eyeliners which unfortunately wouldn't fit in my Muji storage.

I hope you have enjoyed this blogpost on my Makeup Collection. Sorry I haven't gone through everything in detail but it would literally take me forever!
If you have any ideas on what I should do my next blogpost on just comment below.♡
